EUC follows the semester system of education. The academic year runs for two semesters and one summer session and you can apply for entry into either one of the semester or the summer session. More specifically the starting dates and duration of the semesters and summer session are:
- Spring Semester 2013 : 1 Feb 2010 - 28 May
- Summer Session 2013 : 7 June 2010 - 25 July
